FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long does a reLUMEN8 retrofit take?
It depends on quantities and fitting type. The sample assessment and quote come first, then a programme is agreed for collection, refurbishment and delivery.
Do you need a sample fitting?
Yes. A sample fitting is collected and assessed before quoting, so we can confirm viability.
Who installs the retrofitted fittings?
Fittings are returned ready for your contractor to install.
What to prepare before the first call
- A fitting schedule or rough count by type and room.
- Photos of typical fittings, including the label if visible.
- Operating hours and any control requirements.
- Access constraints, working hours and programme targets.
With this we can confirm whether retrofit is suitable, arrange a sample assessment and give an early budget. Try the savings calculator first to estimate the payback.
